Instructions to register for the symposium and submit abstracts

  1. Please go to your NNS account and login using the NNS Account box at the top of each page.
    If you already have an NNS account please log into your account. Otherwise setup your own NNS account. Instructions how to setup your new NNS account can be found here.

  2. After you have entered your NNS account you can register for a meeting by paying the registration fee using the integrated NNS online store provided by Authorize.net. To register, click on 'Annual Symposium' in the navigation bar.

    Note
    • Members – in order to receive the Member discounted registration fee, you must have paid your membership dues for the current year.
    • To submit one or more abstracts you need to add the abstract fee in the corresponding quantity. Invited speakers have a free abstract included within their registration.
    • If your credit card is not accepted during the purchase, please make sure that you enter the name and address of the credit card holder on the checkout page! Otherwise the credit card check through the Authorize.net webstore may fail.
      In addition please make sure that no restictions are applied for online payments on your credit card. If there are restictions on you card please ask the bank that has issued your credit card to adapt or remove those restictions accodingly.
    • Please make sure that your webbrowser is accepting cookies and JavaScript is turned on. So please enable cookies and JavaScript in your privacy settings of your webbrowser. For further instructions how to enable JavaScript see the following link: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/howtoscript
    • If you are an invited speaker and you are not recognized as invited speaker please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to let them enter your account email address on the invited speakers list.
  3. After you have paid the registration fee you are registered for the meeting. If you have paid as well for abstract submission the abstract section will be activated for you.

  4. After you have paid the abstract fee you first need to submit the disclosure form, as this is a legal requirement.
    You may then submit an abstract (or multible abstracts according to the quantity of your purchase) with up to 350 words for the meeting by scrolling to the Abstract Submission section on the meeting overview page or you may return at a later time to do so. Already submitted abstracts are found here as well and can be changed troughout the submission period. You will find detailed instructions on the abstract form at the following link:
